NOW, April ~ , 2009 Ig , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Michael SCOtt Drummond
and Sandra L. Drummond to the said Haubert Homes, Inc.
to commence. work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Haubert Homes, InC. and the further
consideration of One Dollar, to Haubert Homes, Inc. paid
by Scott Michael and Sandra L. Drummond , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor. or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or pazcel of land situated in Township of Lower Allen, County of Cumberland and
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as shown as Lot 159 on a Plan titled "The Heights of Beacon Hill, Final
Subdivision Plan-Phase 3", as prepazed by Melham Associates, PC dated December 30, 2005, as revised February
28, 2006 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for the County of Cumberland, more particulazly
bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point, located on the easterly right of way line of Sagamore Court (40 foot wide right of way),
said point being a front property corner of Lot 159 and Lot 1598; thence along said easterly right of way line of
Sagamore Court, North 07 degrees 41 minutes 15 seconds West, a distance of 36.15 feet to a point; thence
continuing along the same, along a curve to the right having a radius of 15.00 feet and an arc distance of 12.26
feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of North 15 degrees 43 minutes 16 seconds East a distance of 11.92 feet
to a concrete monument, said concrete monument being on the southeasterly right of way line of Sagamore Court
(50.00 foot wide right of way); thence along said southerly right of way line of Sagamore Court, North 39 degrees
07 minutes 46 seconds East, a distance of 73.09 feet to a point; thence continuing along the same, along a curve to
the right having a radius of 5.00 feet and an arc distance of 7.85 feet, said azc being subtended by a chord of North
