Chapel Pointe at Carlisle, 770 South Hanover Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, 17013, being one of
the two charitable beneficiaries of the Estate of Lorna R. Line, pursuant to the provisions of her
Last Will and Testament, do hereby acknowledge that on behalf of The Alliance Home of
Carlisle Operating as Chapel Pointe at Carlisle, I have received the distribution of $14,437.00, an
amount greater than the amount shown on the First and Final Accounting, as was approved by
the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania on March 3, 2000, said
accounting having been presented to the Court by the personal representatives of the estate,
Janice S. Mixell, and Bradley L. Griffie on behalf of the law firm of Griffie and Associates.
I hereby state that I have reviewed the First and Final Accounting and have taken no
exceptions or objections to the Accounting.
I hereby absolutely release and discharge Janice S. Mixell, personal representative of the
estate of Lorna R. Line, and Bradley L. Griffie, Esquire and the law firm of Griffie & Associates,
of and from any and all claims and rights I now have or may have in the future against the Estate
or personal representative, whether due to negligence or otherwise, which I may have by reason
of administration of the estate.
I consent to the recording and indexing of this document in the estate proceedings as may
be determined by the personal representatives.
