JaBnsan, including a hearing on a Petition to Establish Death of Absentee on June 30, 2006, with prior legal advertisement of same three times, in the Local newspaper and county legal journal,. have failed to locate Bonita A. Johnson. Bonita A. Johnson's share of the residuary estate represents 10%' of the residue, as set forth an the `Last gill and Testament of Ruth P. Helmick. The amount as set forth in the Proposed Distribution above has subtracted from her share the additional attorney's fees and costs incux~ed with the _past and reserved far anticipated future attempts to locate Bonita A. Johnson, including the hearing before Judge Todd A. Hoover, Orphans' Court, Dauphin County, on the petition to establish the death of Bonita A..Johnson. (Dauphin County was the last county of residence of Bonita. A. Johnson:) Judge Hoover denied the Petition and advised that the distribution to Bonita A. Johnson should be held in escrow for her, in an interest bearing account, pending :her appearance, or later date for another Bearing to have her declared deceased as of the date of death of Rath P. HeL:~~ick. 'The Executrix is respectfully proposing that all residuary bequests be paid with the exception of the one to Bonita A. Johnson, which amount as set forth above will be placed~in an :interest bearing account at a financial institution insured by the FDIC. 9
