ORDER
AND NOW, this ~~day of March, 2009, after a telephone conference held on
February 24, 2009, it is hereby ordered and decreed as follows:
1. The Executor shall release an additional $300,000.00 to legal counsel for Alice
Phillips, which had been held in escrow;
2. Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, counsel for Alice Phillips shall
provide to opposing counsel and the Court a list of what personal property was
retained by Alice Phillips and taken from the Encks Mill Road property or
otherwise disposed of or sold, including but not limited to, property which she
claimed to be marital property; and,
3. Within thirty (30) days of the date of this Order, counsel for the Executor shall
supply an itemized list of damages or any other items which the Executor claims
as an offset to the $4,000,000.00 settlement, payable to Petitioner Alice Phillips.
