AND NOW, this 9~' day of April, 2009, upon review of the original Will of Peter J. Scheuren
a.k.a Peter Joseph Scheuren, Peter Scheuren, and P.J. Scheuren, submitted for probate on Apri19, 2009,
which original Will contained interlineations, the Register of Wills finds the following with regard to the
Estate of Peter J. Scheuren, a.k.a Peter Joseph Scheuren, Peter Scheuren, and P.J. Scheuren and renders
the following decision:
IT IS DECREED that all handwritten modifications appearing on the first page of the document
in the Second item, letter b and in the Third item, are admitted to probate as they are initialed by the
testator.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Teresa Lafey.
Teresa Lafey shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and shall
proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
