AND NOW, this 2nd day of April, 2009, based upon
the medical testimony of Herbert T. Myers, M.D., the presence of
the allegedly-incapacitated person at the hearing herein is
waived and excused based upon the Doctor's testimony that her
appearance would be deleterious to her health.
