I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Executor or Executrix, whichever the case may be, hereinafter named, as soon as practicable after my death. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed as a consequence of my death shall be paid from my residuary estate as part of the expenses of the administration of my estate. 2.
