AND NOW, this 14th day of April, 2009, upon review of the original Will of Joseph P. Helinski,
submitted for probate on April 14, 2009, which original Will contained interlineations, the Register of
Wills finds the following with regard to the Estate of Joseph P. Helinski and renders the following
decision:
IT IS DECREED that all handwritten modifications appearing on the first page of the document
in the First Item, are admitted to probate as they are signed by the testator and two witnesses.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be issued to Andrea M. Reiser.
Andrea M. Reiser shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
