Dye ("Owners") and all that certain tract of land including improvements thereon, by the Owners and described as follows: 90 Salem Church Road Mechanicsburg, PA 17050 Tax Property Map: 10-19-1606 Parcel No.: 018 unpaid sewer and/or trash services rendered from August 1, 2008 through April 1, 2009. services were rendered and charged pursuant to Hampden Township Code of Ordinances 18, Part 2 and/or Chapter 20, Part 1, as amended. Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account the Claimant, which sum of $20,288.98 was duly assessed against the above Owners and beginning August 1, 2008 and for which sum, which includes interest, costs and alien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with the Municipalities Act of June 19, 2001, P.L. 287, 53 P.
