No. AMELIA RUTH STAGGS Defendant :Divorce COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE 1. Plaintiff is Nathan Scott Staggs who currently resides at 635 Wilson Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013. 2. Defendant is Amelia Ruth Staggs who currently resides at 17520 Wayside Drive, Dumfries, Virginia 22026. 3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident in the Commonwealth' for at least six months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and the Defendant were married on April 8, 2008, in Durant, Oklahoma. 5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or for annulment between the parties. COUNTI No-Fault -Section 3301(c) 6. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 7. The Plaintiff has been advised of the availability of counseling and that the Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling. 8. Plaintiff requests your Honorable Court to enter a Decree of Divorce. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays this Honorable Court to grant the relief requested. COUNT II No-Fault -Section 3301(d) 9. All preceding and succeeding paragraphs are incorporated by reference. 10. The parties have been living separate and apart, and at the appropriate time, Plaintiff shall file an affidavit with the court indicating that the parties have been separated for a period in excess of two (2) years, and shall request the entry of the divorce decree upon such basis. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays this Honorable Court to grant the relief requested.
