Radcliff, Esquire, and files this Complaint in Divorce of which the following is a statement: 1. The Plaintiff is Tina M. Martin, an adult individual residing at 401 Mountain Road, Summerdale, Cumberland County, PA 17093 since 1993. 2. The Defendant is Michael T. Martin, an adult individual residing at 501 Windy Hill Road, Lot 138, Shermansdale, Perry County, PA 17090 since September 2008. 3. Plaintiff and Defendant have been bona fide residents in the Commonwealth for at least six (6) months previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 30, 1987 at Lewisberry, York County, PA. 5. There are children born of this marriage, namely, to wit: Nathan M. Martin (DOB: 12/28/88) and Collin J. Martin (DOB: 3/31/95). 6. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parties. 7. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and that Plaintiff may have the right to request that the Court require the parties to participate in counseling. 8. Defendant is not a member of the Armed Services of the United States or any of -1- its Allies. 9. Plaintiff avers that the grounds on which the action is based is that the marriage is irretrievably broken. 10. Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a decree of divorce. WHEREFORE, Plaintiff requests this Honorable Court to enter a decree in divorce, divorcing the Plaintiff and Defendant.
