AND NOW, this 29th day of March, 2004, upon
consideration of the Petition for Preliminary Injunction filed on
behalf of Julia Coolidge-Stolz, and following a hearing held on
March 29, 2004, pursuant to Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure
1531(d) on the issue of the continuation, modification or
termination of the ex parte preliminary injunction issued on March
24, 2004, the record is declared closed and the matter is taken
under advisement.
