NOTICE OF APPEAL
To the Register of Wills of Cumberland County:
The undersigned hereby appeals to the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common
Pleas of Cumberland County from the decision of the Register of Wills in the above estate
admitting probate a certain paper writing dated December 8, 2003, which document was
admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County on March 29, 2004, and
from the granting of letters testamentary thereon.
The undersigned deposes and says that the aforementioned appeal is not intended for
delay.
