AND NOW, this 17th day of September, 2004, upon consideration of the attached
letter from R. Mark Thomas, Esq., attorney for Petitioner, the pre-hearing conference in
the above matter previously scheduled for September 22, 2004, is rescheduled to
Tuesday, September 28, 2004, at 3:30 p.m., in chambers of the undersigned judge,
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Pre-hearing memoranda shall
be submitted by counsel in accordance with C.C.R.P. 212-4, at least five days prior to the
pre-hearing conference.

Dear Judge Oler:
Please be advised that I have received notice from the Dauphin County District
Attorney's Office, Juvenile Division, that a juvenile client of my is scheduled for an
adjudication hearing on September 22, 2004 commencing at 1:00 p.m. The adjudication
hearing will be a trial which will last late into the afternoon or early evening hours.
Therefore, I will not be available for the pre-trial conference scheduled in the above
captioned matter on September 22, 2004 at 3:00 p.m. I have discussed this matter with
James Flower, Esquire, opposing counsel, and he has graciously agreed to have the pre-
trial conference rescheduled. I understand that the pre-trial conference can be
rescheduled for September 28, 2004 at 3:30 p.m. Would you kindly grant my request for
this postponement on the pre-trial conference.
