IN RE: PRE-HEARING MOTIONS
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 28th day of September, 2004,
upon consideration of the aspect of Petitioner's Motion for
Trial Continuance, Order Directing Release of Medical
Records, and Reconsideration of Denial of Petitioner's
Request for Trial by Jury, relating to release of medical
records, and pursuant to an agreement of counsel at a
pre-hearing conference in the persons of R. Mark Thomas,
Esquire, on behalf of the Petitioner, and James D. Flower,
Jr., Esquire, on behalf of Respondents, this aspect of the
motion is granted, and the Chambersburg' Hospital is hereby
directed to release all medical records concerning Eleanor
U. Coolidge to R. Mark Thomas, Esquire, or his designee.
To the exEent that Respondents' counsel does
not otherwise obtain a copy of these records, Petitioner's
counsel is directed to provide a copy to him.
