ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 17th day of November, 2003,
upon consideration of the Petition for Appointment of
Emergency Guardian, and following an initial period of
hearing, which has not been completed, the record shall
remain open, and, pursuant to agreement of counsel, the
balance of evidence received in this matter shall be by way
of deposition.
Counsel are directed to notify the Court when
the final deposition has been filed.
