ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 24th day of March, 2004, upon consideration of the Petition for
Preliminary Injunction filed on behalf of Julia Coolidge-Stolz, and following a
conference with counsel for Thomas E. Coolidge, James D. Flower, Jr., Esq., and counsel
for Petitioner, Julia Coolidge-Stolz, and it appearing that Eleanor U. Coolidge has died,
an ex parte preliminary injunction is issued against Respondents, enjoining the cremation
of Ms. Coolidge's body.
THIS INJUNCTION is conditioned upon Petitioner's posting of a bond, with
appropriate surety, or depositing cash, in accordance with Pennsylvania Rule of Civil
Procedure 1531 (b), in the amount of $10,000.00.
A HEARING on the continuation, modification, or termination of this preliminary
injunction is scheduled for Monday, March 29, 2004, at 1:30 p.m., in Courtroom No. 1,
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, in accordance with
Pennsylvania Rule of Civil Procedure 1531 (d).
PETITIONER shall promptly effect service of copies of this order upon all
interested parges.. ~.
