ALL THAT CERTAIN lot of land situate in the Township of Silver Spring, County of
Cumberland, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern right-of-way line of Chantilly Court, at the corner of
Lot No. 4, of the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by the easterly right-of--way
line of Chantilly Court, by a curve to the left, having a radius of 95.00 feet, an arc distance
of 70.92 feet to a point; thence continuing along the eastern right-of--way line of Chantilly
Court, by a curve to the right, having a radius of 60.00 feet, an arc distance of 59.42 feet
to a point; thence continuing along the same, North 17 degrees 44 minutes 57 seconds
East, a distance of 89.08 feet to a point; thence continuing along the eastern right-of--way
line of Chantilly Court, by a curve to the right, having a radius of 20.00 feet, an arc
distance of 29.76 feet to a point on the southern right-of--way line of Harpers Ferry Way;
thence along Harpers Ferry Way, by a curve to the left, having a radius of 525.00 feet, an
