AND NOW, this 12~ day of October, 2004, upon consideration of the Motion for
Trial Continuance, Order Directing Release of Medical Records and Reconsideration of
of Elizabeth Coolidge-
Denial of Petitioner Request for Trial by Jury, filed on behalf
Stolz, and of the Answer to Rule to Show Cause, filed on behalf of Thomas E. Coolidge
and Philip W. Coolidge, and the court having previously ruled upon the aspect of the
motion relating to release of medical records, it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. The motion for a continuance is granted and the hearing
scheduled for October 13, 2004, is rescheduled to Monday,
December 27, 2004, and Wednesday, December 29, 2004,
commencing at 9:30 a.m. each day, in Courtroom No. 1,
Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle, Pennsylvania; and
2. The motion for reconsideration is denied.
