On this 1st day of December, 2004 I, Sharon A. Morrell, an adult individual not a
party to the above-referenced action, hereby certify that I personally served a copy of a
Subpoena to testify in Courtroom #1 on December 27, 2004 and on December 29, 2004
at 8:00 a.m., in the above referenced matter, upon Renea Nreamer by handing her a
copy of said document at her office in Green Ridge Village Nursing Home, Newville,
Pennsylvania.
I, Sharon A. Morrell, verify that the statements made in this Affidavit are true and
correct to the best of my knowledge, information, and belief. I understand that false
statements herein are made subject to the penalties of 18 Pa. C.S., Section 4904 relating
to unsworn falsification to authorities.

testify on behalf of Thomas E. Coolidge and Philip Coolidge in the above case, and to remain
until excused.
