closed, and the matter is taken under advisement.
Pursuant to an agreement of counsel in
chambers of the undersigned judge, counsel shall be afforded
a period of 35 days from today's date in which to file
proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and in
which to submit briefs to the Court on the issues which they
perceive to exist in the case.
It lS noted that at the conclusion of today's
proceeding Respondents' Exhibits 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20,
21, 22, 23, and 24 had been admitted, and Petitioner's
Exhibits 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, and 26
had been admitted. No other exhibits were identified or
admitted on today's date.
Counsel for the Petitioner and counsel for
Respondents have both indicated that they will be requesting
the stenographer(s) to transcribe and file the notes of
testimony which to this date have not already been
