AND NOW, this 215' day of April, 2009, after hearing, the Court finds by clear and
convincing evidence that Summer Marie Spangler is a totally incapacitated person;
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND DIRECTED that Susan Marie Spangler, is
hereby appointed plenary guardian, of the person and estate of Summer Marie
Spangler. The posting of bond in this matter is waived. The guardian shall hereafter
comply with the reporting requirements of 20 Pa.C.S. Section 5521 (c), a copy of which
is attached.
