LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I, MARY MARGARET COFFEY FREEMAN, of 76 West King Street, Borough of
Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition, do
hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all
wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my legally enforceable debts and funeral
expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
SECOND. It is my intent and desire that I be buried in the Frank L. Coffey plot of lots
located in the Spring Hill Cemetery, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania.
THIRD. I give and bequeath my twelve (12) piece sterling silverware set, which is located
in the dining room of my home, to JAMES W. and SANDRA W. FREEMAN, or the survivor thereof.
FOURTH. I give and bequeath my twelve (12) piece place setting of Spode China (Chelsa
garden pattern) and my diamond dinner ring with eight ($) small stones, to my daughter-in-law,
KATHLEEN COFFEY.
FIFTH. I give and bequeath the fiill sum of Four Thousand Dollars ($4,000.00) to my
good friend, ANNA GETTEL, currently residing at 410 East King Street, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania
17257.
SIXTH. I give and bequeath' the full sum of Two Thousand Five Hundred Dollars
($2,500.00) to my good friend VERL GRIM, currently residuig at 411 Maple Avenue, Sluppensburg,
Pennsylvania 17257.
SEVENTH. I gimme and bequeath the full sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2,000.00) to my
good friend, KAREN BICKFORD.
EIGHTH. I give and bequeath the full sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to each of

NINTH. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and remainder of my estate, real,
personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my beloved son, FRANK COFFEY, III,
currently residing at 301 Allenview Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055.
TENTH. In the event my said son, Frank Coffey, III, should predecease me or is not living
on the sixtieth (60) day following my death, I then give, devise and bequeath my said estate to my
grandson, DAVID J. COFFEY, on a per stirpes distribution basis.
ELEVENTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, FRANK COFFEY, III, to be the
Executor of this my Last Will and Testament; if he be unable to fulfill the duties of Executor, I then
nominate, constitute and appoint my grandson, DAVID J. COFFEY, to be the Executor of this my Last
Will and Testament.
TWELFTH. I direct that my personal representative shall not be required to give bond for the
faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
THIRTEENTH. I hereby direct that all federal, state and other death taxes payable because
of my death, with respect to the property forming my gross estate for tax purposes, whether or not
passing under this Will, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection with such taxes, shall be
considered a part of the expense of administration of my estate and that such be paid out of the rest and
residue of my estate.
FOURTEENTH. I direct my Executor to retain the services of JERRY A. WEIGLE,
ESQUIRE, of WEIGLE, PERKINS & ASSOCIATES, with respect to the settlement of my estate due to
his familiarity with my affairs.

Lady's nine-stone diamond dinner ring. The shank and base of the ring are 14 karat yellow gold and the top of
the ring is 14 karat white gold. The diamonds are all "old-mine-cuts." The ring includes six diamonds of approxi-
mately .OS points each, one of which is chipped. Another two diamonds are approximately .20 points each.
The largest diamond is in the ring's center, and it weighs approximately .31 points. The diamonds are all of fair
color, cut and imperfection grade.
