AND NOW, this 21st day of Apri12009, after hearing testimony at an informal hearing held in
the office of the Register of Wills on the Petition for Probate of a Copy of Last Will and Grant of
Letters, and the burden of proof having been met, IT IS DECREED that the document purported to
be the Last Will and Testament of Jeanette Brown, deceased, is admitted to probate. IT IS
FURTHER DECREED that Letters Testamentary shall be granted to John Ile.
John Ile shall have all the rights and duties of a fiduciary under the laws of Pennsylvania and
shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
