ALL that certain piece or parcel of land lying and being situate in
Southampton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at stones, a corner: thence by lands now or formerly of
Conrad Varner, North 12 1/2 degrees East 105 perches to a post; thence
continuing along land of Varner, North 70 1/2 degrees East 86 perches to a post
in the middle of road leading to No. 1 ore bank; thence along the middle of said
road, South 11 degrees East 36 1/2 perches to a post; thence by lands now or
formerly of James Kelso and D. Zellers South 48 1/4 degrees West 144 perches to
stones, the place of BEGINNING.
LESS HOWEVER, a certain tract of land conveyed to Brian Clever, single
man, by deed dated April 1, 1991 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of
Deeds in and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book "B" Volume 35
at Page 451. Being Lot No. 1 and containing 10.00 acres, more or less
BEING the same real estate that Eric Weaver et al by their corrective
deed dated April 5, 2007 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in
and for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book Volume 279 at Page
2617 given to correct the Grantee's name as set forth in the deed recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County at Deed Book
Volume 279 at page 525 conveyed to Eric W. Weaver, Mortgagor herein.
