BRENNER · TRUST · IN THE COURT OF COMMON PLEAS OF CUMBERLAND COUNTY, PENNSYLVANIA ORPHANS' COURT DIVISION NO. 21-2003-879 ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 19th day of December, 2003, upon consideration of the Objections to the Schedule of Proposed Distribution and First and Final Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Co-Trustee, with respect to the First and Final Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Joseph D. Brenner, Jr., and Margaret B. Bushey, Co-Trustees for the Joseph D. and Jane W. Brenner Trust, and upon relation of Taylor P. Andrews, Esq., that he might have a conflict if he were to act as auditor in this matter because of his acquaintance with one or more of the interested parties, the appointment of Taylor P. Andrews as auditor by order of court dated November 25, 2003, is vacated and James D. Bogar, Esq. is appointed auditor in his place. Taylor P. Andrews, Esq. Keith O. Brenneman, Esq. Hoffer, President and Sole Judge the following proceedings were held to wit: THE PETITION IN RE: JOSEPH D. AND JANE W. BRENNER TRUST ORDER OF COURT AND NOW, this 19m day of December, 2003, upon consideration of the Objections to the Schedule of Proposed Distribution and First and Final Account of Manufacturers and Traders Com- pany, Co-Trustee, with respect to the First and Final Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Joseph D. Brenner, Jr., Margaret B. Bushey, Co-Trustees for the Joseph D. and Jane W. Brenner Trust, and upon relation of Taylor P.
