the Objectors.
Volume III, which is also labeled Exhibits 109-117. Please
note that by letter dated November 29, 2004, which is
enclosed in this Volume, Robin E. Rid1er, Esquire, on behalf
of the Objectors, requested that this Volume be discarded
and replaced by Volume III as immediately presented
hereinabove. The Volume III which is to be replaced is so
labeled. Notwithstanding the request for replacement, I
have determined that it would be appropriate to include this
Volume III.

and including 34. It is to be noted that what is labeled as

Exhibit is not included. The exact whereabouts of this
Exhibit is unknown. Exhibit Nos. 37 and 38 were not
utilized.
