DODGE, of 3831 Brisban Street, Swatara Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, being of sound, disposing mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all wills by me at any time heretofore made. ITEM I - I hereby direct my personal representative to pay my debts, funeral expenses, estate and inheritance taxes as soon after my death as may be found convenient. ITEM II - I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate unto my husband, ALBERT S. DODGE, if he survives me by sixty (60) days. ITEM III - If my husband does not so survive me, then I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate unto my son, DAVID EUGENE DODGE. ITEM IV - If I am not survived by either my husband or my son, then I give, devise and bequeath my entire estate in equal shares unto my grandchildren, and in the event that any grandchild is a minor, the share of such minor shall be paid over to the Dauphin Deposit Bank and Trust Company, to be held and invested on behalf of the minor until his or her majority.
