AMENDED ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 23rd day of December, 2003, the prior order of court dated
December 19, 2003, is hereby amended to read as follows "Upon consideration of the
Objections to the Schedule of Proposed Distribution and First and Partial Account of
Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Co-Trustee, with respect to the First and
Partial Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, and Joseph D Brenner,
Jr, Co-Trustees for the Nancy B. Blakely Trust, and upon relation of Taylor P Andrews,
Esq., that he might have a conflict if he were to act as auditor in this matter because of his
acquaintance with one or more of the interested parties, the appointment of Taylor P
Andrews as auditor by order of court dated November 25, 2003, is vacated and James D
Bogar, Esq. is appointed auditor in his place"
