AND NOW, this 19th day of December, 2003, upon consideration of the
ObJections to the Schedule of Proposed Distribution and First and Flnhl Account of
Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, Co-Trustee, with respect to the F~rst and
Partial Account of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, and Joseph D Brenner,
Jr, Co-Trustees for the Nancy B Blakely Trust, and upon relation of Taylor P Andrews,
Esq., that he might have a conflict if he were to act as auditor ~n this matter because of his
acquaintance with one or more of the ~nterested parties, the appointment of Taylor P
Andrews as auditor by order of court dated November 25, 2003, is vacated and James D
Bogar, Esq is appointed auditor ~n h~s place.
