Fiduciary Duty, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that a Rule to Show Cause or Citation
shall be issued to and served upon Respondents Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company,
David C. Gority and Curt R. Stauffer to show cause, if any they should have, why the relief
requested.in the foregoing Petition should not be granted, with said Rule or Citation to be

WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and excuses whatsoever, you be and appear in your
proper person before the Honorable Judges of the Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division at a
session of the said Court there to be held, for the County of Cumberland to show cause why if any they
should have, why the relief requested in the foregoing Petition should not be granted, with said Rule or
Citation to be returnable 20 days from the date of service thereof.
