Respondents' Motion to Strike Praecipe to List Case For Jury Trial, a Rule is hereby issued on
Petitioners to show cause, if any they have, why the Praecipe should not be stricken and this
matter referred to the previously appointed Auditor, James Bogar, Esquire for the taking of
testimony consistent with his appointment for that purpose by this Court.
Rule returnable 10 days following service.
