WE COMMAND, you that laying aside all business and excuses whatsoever, you be and appear in your
proper persou before thc Honorable Judges of the Court of Common Pleas, Orphans' Court Division at a
session of the said Court there to be held, for the County of Cumberland to shoxv cause why the Praecipe
should not be sticked and this matter referred to the previously appointed Auditor. James Bogar, Esquire
fbr the taking testimony consistent with his appointment for that puq~ose by this Court. Rule returnable 10
days followin~ service. Any answer filed shall be forwarded to this chambers and the Clerk of the Orphans
Court.
