RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION The undersigned, for and in consideration of payment of the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars to be paid by the Estate of George C. Hoopy, Deceased, payment of which constitutes camplete and final distribution of its share as legatee under the Last Will and Testament of George C. Hoopy, and to the extent of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars, does hereby for itself, its successors and assigns forever remise, release, quit claim and forever discharge Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company, its successors and assigns, from any and all manner of actions, causes of actions, payments, accounts, debts, claims and demands, whatsoever, both at law and in equity, against it in its capacity as Executor of the Last Will and Testament of George C. Hoopy and against the Estate of George C. Hoopy, whether as a legatee under the Last Will and Testament of the said George C.
