Phillips, Jr., and pursuant to the Court's Order of March 24, 2009, claims the following list of damages and missing property as an offset to the settlement payable to Alice Phillips: Damages to Property of Estate 1. Repairs to Duplex at 91 Encksmill Road, Carlisle, PA 17013: $ 8,468.50 2. Cleaning of Oriental Rug in master bedroom: $ 280.00 3. Removal of carpet and sanding of floors to remedy damage done by dogs; Upstairs (bedrooms and halls): $ 6,445.00 Dinning Room: $ 1,240.00 Stairs: $ 1,100.00 Basement: $ 2,700.00 4. Repair of Furnace due to failure to operate water conditioner: $ 1,000.00 5. Cleaning of gutters and roof: $ 983.20 6. Repairs to tractor damaged by weather: $ 4,258.55 7. Red and white striped Couch (Destroyed): $ 100.00 8. White leather chair (Destroyed): $ 50.00 9. Shapiro Claim (against Estate): $100,000.00 In support of the damages claimed above, which total $126,625.25, the Executor incorporates by reference the following Exhibits: a. Signature Wood Flooring proposal dated April 13, 2009, attached hereto as Exhibit "D;" and, e. Essis & Sons, Inc., rug cleaning invoice, attached hereto as Exhibit "E."
