RECEIPT AND RELEASE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that the undersigned does hereby
acknowledge receipt from Linda M. Hergenroeder and Thomas C. Fisher (Co-
Executor/Executrix), of the Estate of the above-named Decedent, of the following:
Fifty percent of the net assets of the Estate remaining after payment of all debts, expenses of
administration and applicable Pennsylvania Inheritance Taxes.
IN CONSIDERATION of said payment and transfer, the undersigned does hereby
release, remise, quitclaim and forever discharge the said personal representative of and from all
action, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason
thereof, or any other account, matter, cause or thing whatsoever relating to the Estate of the said
Decedent.
AND the undersigned does hereby release all real estate of the decedent and of the said
personal representative from all liens, claims, actions, suits, payments, accounts and demands
whatsoever for or by reason thereof or of any other account, matter, cause or thing whatsoever.
