I give, devise and bequeath my annuity contract # W 20696228 with Western Southern Life to Paul Weida, Jr. 5. I give, devise and bequeath my annuity contract # W 20194199 with Western Southern Life to Harry Weida. 6. I give, devise and bequeath the remainder of my estate of whatever nature and wherever situate to Meichelle Trent. 7. I nominate and appoint Meichelle Trent to be the personal representative of my estate, to serve without bond. 8. I suggest that my personal representative retain the services of Mark F. Bayley, Esquire, in the settlement of my estate.
