IN RE: AUDITOR OF ESTATE APPOINTED
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 21" day of June 2006, upon consideration of petitioner's Petition for Reformation of
Trust and Appointment of Successor Trustee, of Respondent's Answer to Petition for Reformation of
Trust and Appointment of Successor Trustee, and Objections to the First and partial Account of the
Warreu F. Coolidge Trust As filed by Thomas E. Coolidge and philip Coolidge, Trustees, and of the
Objections of Julia E. Coolidge Stolz to the First and partial Account of Warren F. Coolidge Trust as
Filed by Thomas E. Coolidge and philip Coolidge, Trustees and it is ordered and directed as follows:
1. A hearing on the issne of the appointment of Manufacturers and Traders Trust Company as
successor trustee and the other issues pertaining to the requested reformation oflbe trust is set for
Thursday, September 7, 2006 at 1 :30 p.m. in Courtroom No.1, Cumberland County Courthouse,
Carlisle, Pennsylvania;
2. The parties are afforded a period of 10 days from the date oflhis order to agree upon a guardian ad
litem to be appointed by the court for Joseph M. Stollz, a minor, whose fee will be paid from the
iucome oflhe trust; in the absence of an agreement, upon motion of any party, the court will appoint
the guardian ad litem; and
3. Debra K. Wallet, Esquire is appointed auditor with respect to the objections to the First and partial
Account.
