Of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute
contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Excaliber Homes of
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a 384 +/- sqft
addition to be built onto the existing house situated at 424 Linden Street,
Cumberland county, Pennsylvania, owned by Owner.
NOW, May 7, 2004, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the pfincipai contract, and
before any authori'ly has been given by the said vincent & Barb Mlslfl to the said Excaliber Homes to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of said
contract with Excaliber Homes and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Excallber Homes, paid by Vincent
& Barb NIIslfl, it is agreed that no lein shall be filed against the bull(ting and/or land for any labor, or materials
purchased by any subcontractor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or
materials purchased, or exifa labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the fight to file such
liens being expressly waived, except those fights of the contractor as outlined under paragraphs 7,9, and 14 of
the contracts signed by Vincent & Barb NIIsltl and by Excallber Homes.
