To the best of our knowledge, information, and belief, counsel has not been retained by, or
on behalf of Ms. Delaney. Furthermore, we are unaware of anyone who intends to contest the
proposed plenary guardianship over the Person of Ms. Delaney. To date, we have only been able to
locate and contact one (1) out of five (5) of Ms. Delaney's children. It is our understanding that Ms.
Delaney's children have not been in contact with her since her admission to Golden LivingCenter -
Camp Hill.
