Henry entered into a contract with Shallow River Logworks LLC that provides for materials and labor necessary for the erection and construction of a single family residential dwelling upon a lot of ground located in the Township/Borough of East Pennsboro County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania more particularly described as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN lot or piece of land, situate in the Township of East Pennsboro, County of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being known as 1112 Oyster Mill Road. Parcel No. 09-16-1054-031 NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or material man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary in accordance with the requirements of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law of 1963 of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in such case provided.
