Petition of Surviving Widow to Extend Time for Election to Take Against Will Pursuant to
20 Pa.C.S.A. §2201(b), and no objection being filed within ten (10) days of service of
the Petition upon the heirs in accordance with Cumberland County Local Rule 12.3-2, it
is HEREBY ORDERED that the Petition is granted. The Petitioner shall have three (3)
months from the date of this Order of Court to file an election pursuant to Pa.C.S.A.
§2201(b) with the Register of Wills.
