PETITIONER'S LIST OF PERSONAL PROPERTY RETAINED PURSUANT TO
COURT ORDER OF MARCH 24, 2009 AND REQUEST FOR STATUS CONFERENCE
AND NOW comes the Petitioner, Alice R. Phillips (herein "Petitioner"), as Surviving
Spouse of the Estate of Linwood B. Phillips, Jr., deceased, and pursuant to the Court's Order of
March 24, 2009, provides the following list of personal property that was removed from 93
Encks Mill Road as follows:
1. Sixteen (16) furs (all of which are monogrammed "Alice Phillips").
2. Various deer paintings.
3. A collection of dolls.
4. Additionally, Petitioner's Objections to Executor's List of Damages, filed on Apri123,
2009, will be forthcoming.

5. In the interim, Petitioner is desirous of setting a status conference with this Honorable
Court and believes that a status conference may facilitate a resolution to this dispute.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that a status conference be scheduled in
the above-captioned matter.
