day of February, 2008, our order of December 11,2007, is
amended to reflect that Joseph D. Buckley is appointed as auditor in this case with respect to
both the objections of Eleanor F. Herendeen and the objections filed by the remainder
beneficiaries to the First and Partial Account. The auditor will defer hearing in these matters for
a period of ninety (90) days to give the parties the opportunity to complete discovery. Said
discovery shall be conducted in accordance with the normal state and local rules pertaining
thereto.
