Eleanor F. Herendeen, a party to the action pending under this caption, died on August
10, 2008. By Order of Judge Lawrence Kirkwood, of the Circuit Court of Orange County,
Florida, and dated September 11', 2008, we, Donald Looser and Barbara Farrell, were appointed
as Personal Representatives of her Estate. A copy of our Letters of Administration is attached
hereto. We agree to substitute ourselves, in our fiduciary capacity, as parties to the action
pending under this caption.

LETTERS OF ADMINISTRATION
TO ALL. WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
WHEREAS, ELEANOR F. HERENDEEN, a resident of Orange County, Florida,
died on August I0, 2008, owning assets in the State of Florida, and
WHEREAS, DONALD F. LOUSER and BARBARA E. FARRELL have been
appointed Co-personal representatives of the estate of the decedent and have performed.
all acts prerequisite to issuance of Letters of Administration in the estate,
NOW THEREFORE, I, the undersigned circuit judge, declare DONALD F.
LOUSER and BARBARA E. FAR:RELL duly qualif ed under the laws of the State of
Florida to act as co-personal representatives of the estate of ELEANOR F.
HERENDEEN, deceased, with full power to administer the estate according to law; to
ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive the property of the decedent; to pay the debts of
the decedent as far as the assets of the. estate will permit and the law directs; and to make
distribution of the estate according to law.
