1. 1 direct that my legal debts, funeral expenses and the cost
of the administration of my estate be paid as soon as practicable
after my death.
Z. Much of the household furnish'ings in my residence at 50
Circle Drive, Bast Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania is the property of my wife, BLBANOR F. IIBRBNDBBN. My
wife shall have the right to retain possession of and use my
household furnishings so long as they remain in the above premises,
without liability for waste and without bond. If my wife shall move
~r permanently cease using the above premises as her home, then my.
~ousehold furn'ishings shall be distributed among my residuar'yheirs
set forth in Paragraph 48 hereof. All of the household furnishings
which are the property of my wife shall remain her property for such

in my house at SO Circle Drive, East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, which shall be an asset of the Trust estate,
for and during the term of her natural lifo or so long as she
esires to use such premises as a home for herself. The Trustee
hall pay from income prior to distribution to my wife all costs of
epair and maintenance thereof, including taxes, assessments,
nsurance and ordinary repairs, and the cost of insurance. Said

living, to her issue, per stirpes, and not per capita.
(4) One-fifth (l/S) of the remainder thereof shall
remain IN TRUST for my granddaughter, SOLANGB RBOCH, until she
reaches the age of twenty-five (ZS). The undistributed income
may be'used for her education or medical expenses in the event'
of the 'death of her father, John J. Reoch. When she reaches
the age of twenty-five (ZS), the Trust sholl terminate and the
