ESTATE SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREEMENT is by and between John H. Gorff, Executor ofthe Estate ofAmy
Jean Conrad, Deceased, and each of the beneficiaries listed hereinafter.
WITNESSETH
WHEREAS, Amy Jean Conrad, died November 14, 2007, having left her Last Will
and Testament dated May 24, 2000, which was duly admitted to probate by the Register of Wills of
Cumberland County at the above number and term November 30, 2007; and
WHEREAS, John H. Groffhas been duly appointed as Executor ofthe Estate of Amy
Jean Conrad, Deceased; and
WHEREAS, the parties in interest under the Last Will and Testament ofAmy Jean
Conrad, Deceased, are set forth as follows:

WHEREAS, Amy Jean Conrad, Deceased, was not survived by a spouse; and
WHEREAS, there were no unfulfilled specific bequests. The release ofNancy Ruth
Hickey is attached hereto. Carol Groff did not take any of the personal items. And

RECEIPT FOR DISTRIBUTION AND RELEASE OF EXECUTOR
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
Nancy Ruth Hickey, being beneficially interested in the above titled estate, hereby
acknowledges to have received from John H. Groff, Executor of the Estate of Amy Jean Conrad,
Deceased:
• The sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) and certain items of tangible
property of decedent
and requests Your Honorable Court to charge the same to her in the Decree of Distribution to be
entered in said Estate.
In consideration of this distribution being made prior to the filing and audit of a Final
Account, Nancy Ruth Hickey hereby agrees to refund on demand, all or any part of this distribution
which may be determined to have been improperly made. She further acknowledges that the
distribution made is in full and complete payment of the entire distribution to which she is entitled
under the Will of Amy Jean Conrad, Deceased; that she by signing this document does hereby
release and forever discharge John H. Groff, Executor, from any and all liability which may from
time to time arise in connection with his service as Executor of the Estate of Amy Jean Conrad; and
does further agree to indemnify and hold harmless said John H. Groff, Executor, from any and all
liability which may arise against the estate from creditors or other claimants to the extent of the
distribution made to her.
This release and declaration shall be made part ofthe final, informal or formal settlement or
account of the estate proceedings and indexed and recorded as such, and it shall be binding upon
her respective personal representatives, heirs, successors and assigns, and governed by the laws of
the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.

John H. Groff, Executor of the Estate of Amy Jean Conrad, Deceased,
One Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($150,000.00) paid in October, 2008, in partial
satisfaction of the bequest made to it in the Will of Amy Jean Conrad, Deceased,
and requests Your Honorable Court to charge the same to it in the Decree of Distribution to be
entered in said Estate.
In consideration of this distribution being made prior to the filing and audit of a Final
Account, the Church hereby agrees to refund on demand, all or any part of this distribution which
may be determined to have been improperly made. It further acknowledges that the distribution
made is in partial payment of the distribution to which it is entitled under the Will of Amy Jean
Conrad, Deceased; and does further agree to indemnify and hold harmless said John H. Groff,
Executor, from any and all liability which may arise against the Estate from creditors or other
claimants to the extent of the distribution made to it. This release and declaration shal I be made part
