NOW, this G ~ day of M Z 2009, the matter of the Petition for Settlement
of a Small Estate in the above-captioned estate having come before this Court, and Petitioner
has paid or will pay all listed debts, as set forth in the Petition, and Petitioner being the sole
heir, the Court finds the following Order appropriate.
IT IS, ORDERED, DIRECTED AND DECREED that the said SOVEREIGN BANK is
herewith directed to distribute the proceeds of the Checking Account on Deposit in the name
of the Decedent, JEAN MARCH KISSER, A/K/A JEAN M. RIBBER, being Account No.
571.120636, to STANLEY S. RIBBER.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that STANLEY S. RIBBER shall pay the unpaid debts as
listed in the Petition.
