FRANKLIN, of 40 Smith Road, Newville, Cumberland County, (Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition, do hereby make, publish land declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all (wills by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my dust debts and funeral expenses as soon as may be convenient after my decease. SECOND. I direct that all of my non-liquid assets, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, be sold at either public or private sale as soon as may be convenient after my passing and that all of my estate be distributed as follows: A. I give and bequeath a sum equal to twenty percent (207) of my estate to each of my following children: 1. TWENTY PERCENT (207) to my daughter, SANDRA KAY DiSALVO. 2. TWENTY PERCENT (207) to my son, GLENN A. FRANKLIN, JR. B. I give and bequeath a sum equal to fifteen percent (157) of my estate to my daughter, MARY ELLEN FRANKLIN. C.
