Patterson, deceased, to determine to whom Letters should be granted, the Register renders the following decisions: 1. Frank J. Kempf shall indicate his intention to serve as Executor by filing a Petition for Letters Testamentary, or 2. Frank J. Kempf shall renounce his right to serve as Executor by filing a fully executed Renunciation form, or 3. Frank J. Kempf, Jr. shall renounce his father's right, as his Power-of-Attorney, to serve as Executor by filing a fully executed Renunciation form and submitting a copy of the Power of Attorney document naming him as his father's Agent. If none of the above-noted actions are taken within 10 days of the date of this Decree, the Register shall grant Letters of Administration c.t.a. in the Estate of Carole J. Patterson.
